"You can call 15 times and no one ever answers. It's beyond frustrating. It doesn't matter if you're trying to make an appointment or setup a payment plan."

"When calling to get a hold of someone in billing no one answers or returns phone calls. When phone prompts you to press 5 for billing it goes straight to voice-mail with no option to speak to a human. I have been trying to pay a bill over the last week with no such luck of reaching and agent in billing. The company must not be hurting for money if they don't want my payment. Very disappointed in this medical facility practices."

"We were greeted with smiles and we left smiling. Our son was having respiratory issues and we were making frequent hospital visits. After about a year of running Luke to the emergency room, we were told he should see an allergy and asthma doctor(which was a blessing because we didn't know what to do). We found Dr McMahon and what a blessing!!!! Luke was diagnosed with every allergy there is. Not what we wanted to hear, but After 2 weeks of allergy shots Luke's breathing improved, months went by with no hospital visits and Luke is back to his active happy self again. We have been amazed and stand behind Dr McMahon and his team 100 and 10% :-)"

"I've been going to see Dr. McMahon for about 3 years now. It's been a really great experience. I've been to a lot of allergists, and I feel he's been the best. He's very thorough and down to earth, listens very well, and always has suggestions on how to improve or change my routine to better suit my needs. I also go to the allergy clinic for my allergy shots, and it's always a great experience. I haven't had any issues with the shots, and he and his staff are really friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this practice."

"First impression, the receptionist was very vocal to her colleagues about it being so busy and she seemed very frazzled. Not a very welcoming introduction. Dr McMahon comes in and asks a few simple questions. The nurse comes in to prep me for the testing. I get the test done, the whole time I was curious about what I was getting tested for. It wasn't explained ahead of time. Dr McMahon comes in and he briefly goes over what I could be allergic to. The whole time Dr McMahon seemed very checked out. He wasn't very informative about my allergies. The nurse offered to give me some allergy medicine but I waited and that never happened. They have a sign posted saying to wait for 30 minutes after your visit. After waiting in the lobby for my allergy medicine for 10 minutes I asked if needed to stay and the receptionist said I'm ok to leave."
