"Ms. Candance, a receptionist for the radiology department, had the rudest attitude when I called for scheduling an appointment. The first time I called she was already in a mood but I figured it was an early morning so I just brushed it off. Called again next week to reconfirm some questions I had and right away she was getting snappy with me. “I just said xyz,” “I thought I already told you,” “No listen, I just said xyz.” Before I could even fully ask a question she’s cutting me off and trying to explain herself when I already heard her 3x. I knew what she was trying to tell me and since this was my first time coming in for a scan of course I’m going to have more questions to make sure like any other person would. It disappoints me how many other people I’ve talked to have had such similar experiences when scheduling with her and while working with her. Upper management and the union needs to do something about this and her attitude. Candance, fix your attitude."

"0 stars for scheduling & customer service. My daughter was seen by a Health Partners neurologist who ordered an MRV (MR Venogram, checking for blood clots, so fairly urgent). They soonest they could get her in for the scan was over 3 weeks out. We attempted to contact the doctor to get it expedited. No help. Two more calls to the imaging center and found out they're replacing one of the machines. Ok. Other locations? No they're booked too. Dawned on us to try the Park Nicollet imaging phone #. They got her in less than an hour after we called (and had several appts available the same day). Health Partners bought Park Nicollet. So WHY wouldn't they check the PN imaging locations too? Completely disorganized and not friendly at all on the HP side."
