"Veterans beware... Waited over a month for an appointment, arrived on time, and found out they were double-booked. Dr. Coverstone was dismissive, rude, unprofessional, and passed the blame off on the schedulers; even though he clearly had a record of my appointment. He did not even offer to help reschedule, just told me he couldn't keep the appointment. Complaint filed with QTC medical so hopefully they don't refer any more VA appointments here."

"Dr. John A. Coverstone was VERY patient with myself and my brother. He educated us in particular on hearing aids. Kay Christopherson was very pleasant to talk with upon registration. The reason for only 4 stars is that I have had challenges with getting phone calls returned and also booking both my appointment and my brother's. I had go go through the website and connect that way. Hopefully this communication issue will be resolved."
