"Appreciated the things I've learned from my therapist while I was a patient here. However, I stopped seeking services due to financial strain as I was an unemployed student at the time on a high deductible insurance plan. I discussed personal financial issues with my therapist. Few months later I was given an ultimatum to either pay my balance in full or be put on a 3 month payment plan otherwise my balance would be sent to debt collections. I felt that my situation was used against me because the therapist felt she wasn't going to get compensated for her services. Had to negotiate with the billing office multiple times throughout, but they were always professional and seemed empathetic towards my situation. Overall the therapist's compassion for me as a patient only lasted until she felt that she needed to get paid. Super unprofessional considering that financial strain was a major contributor to my symptoms. I wouldn't seek mental health services here unless you have really good insurance or can pay out of pocket costs right away."

"Awesome to see his growth from a clinic doctor the first 11 years to deciding it wasn't what he really wanted for his patiants. His wife & him came up with a plan where their patients help pay for what insurance does not. Medical Care Services was born & so was their independence. Now another growth. 31 years. Who could imagine. You're working with the most respectal, caring doctors you'll ever find. When you need to call your doctor off hours, you're always talking to you're doctor. Not someone who doesn't know you. Our doctor is 71 & thinking retirement. But when my 22yo son asked him about it he was told he didn't know. He might never retire! I think too many people are whining to him not to retire yet. (I did a little, but told him after 31yrs, I suppose I'm 53 & fledglings have to be kicked out eventually.) We'll see.
