"Horrible company!! I set up a payment plan and somehow after making a few payments, the statement stopped coming and they sent me right to collections. Customer service couldn't help and now we have a ding on our credit. I recommend don't doing a payment plan because they will send you right to collections. Shady company."
"I went to the ER after fainting, I was diagnosed with Syncope. No stitches, not even a band-aid. I received a huge bill form Emergency Care Consultants. I checked the billing codes. I was billed for a level 5 emergency visit. This code is reserved for the highest, most severe and complex medical cases. I requested a coding review as it seemed they were fraudulently trying to extract the most amount of money possible. I never heard back and my bill was sent to collections."
"This company is terrible to work with. I made the payment in full online after receiving their bill and then received a notice from collections 3 weeks later. After arguing with the 3rd party company they use for billing, "doctor payments", and sitting on hold for over 50 minutes, I'm still left with nothing. They never submitted the claims through my insurance, which is why I ended up with a huge bill to being with. Do not recommend."
