"My appointment was at 10:20 am for an eye exam for contacts. I arrived at 10:12 am. The woman employee at the front counter was helping an older gentleman. I was the only other customer in the front area. And of course, I waited and started looking at the different displays of glasses. However, she never acknowledged me nor would she make eye contact with me. At 10:19 am, I walked to the back to the second counter, by the eye exam area. I thought maybe I was supposed to be in that area since I had an eye exam. Right away, I saw a male employee taking a customer from one exam room to another. He looked at me and rolled his eyes. Finally, at 10:23, I asked the woman employee at the front counter about my appointment. She finally acknowledged me and told me in a nonchalant and semi-irritated manner she’d help me shortly. I told her to CANCEL my appointment. Then she seemed surprised and wanted to help me! I just respectfully walked out."

"I came in for an eye exam and to pick out a new pair of glasses, I was with my daughters. The staff was friendly and warm to my kids and allowed my daughter, who accidentally knocked over an item off a shelf, to wear a pair of kids shades around the store during my selection. One of the staff members spent almost 30 minutes helping me get the right pair of glasses and she was a terrific help. Customer service was fantastic and the best experience at a glasses store I've ever had. Highly recommend."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and helpful staff, they do not accept anything past 4:30 as the first time I attended I was dismissed, even if you let them know you are in the vicinity of the location. They made up for my lost time."
