"I am very dissatisfied the with customer service here. Mark was very rude to me over the phone upon hearing that I wanted a refund. He was being very friendly before I told him about the refund. The sudden switch up is very unprofessional and disappointing as a customer."
"Staff was incredibly disrespectful. When I called and asked to know more about the hearing aid process, I encountered a rude sales representative named Mark Jeffrey. His attitude was unprofessional and outright right patronizing from the moment he spoke. On multiple occasions he tried to end the conversation after I attempted to ask him questions about hearing aids. Mark was upset that I called and hassled him by wanting to know more. I'm amazed that he is a sales representative especially after the treatment I received. As a result I found an alternative company called Amplifon. They set up a virtual meeting with me in a couple of days and I will be doing all my future business with them due to the way Mark handled my call."

"Three years ago i decided to go from Starkey to Resound because they were leading when it came to app/bluetooth enabled hearing aids at the time. In the time ive had these ive had to send them in for repairs SIX TIMES!!! I am now out of warranty and the wire is already cpming loose yet again. Such a disappointment. It's evil and incredibly greedy to charge $7000 for a set of CHEAPLY MADE aids that only last 2 years. Never again!"
"I’m not happy with the repairs and customer service no return calls on the warranty do to the covid . Very disappointed in the services and the repairs . I lost my hearing in 2006 and I been struggling with hearing loss. The hearing aids are not fixed right and I’m being charged for the repairs. Contact two people and have not heard thing back from the regarding my hearing aids. This is my life line and I really need help regarding this issue . Hearing loss is very difficult when you have grandkids and family, friends ."
