"i go here every once in awhile to visit the kitties and puppies and the other day me and my mother went and noticed a kitty wasn’t doing so well, we were quick to talk to staff and tell them what we observed, one of the staff then got the director (Ana i think) and as soon as she came up the stairs she started snapping at us like we had done something wrong. it was very unprofessional and unneeded. the cat looked to have probably been in that state for awhile so it definitely wasn’t anything i may have done. personally i think she should’ve been upset with herself or staff for not noticing that the cat was in discomfort earlier. just super unprofessional and made me not want to come back. i love spending time with the animals but if im gonna be snapped at like that, especially by the OWNER i simply don’t want to go back. i just feel as if an apology is needed. very ridiculous."
