"The kids working there have no clue what they are talking about. I asked if i could buy the display modle of a milwaukee saw it was a bare tool perches (the box was right next to it ready to box up and sell). The kids told me no because it would not come with the battery or charger or case like the kit would. I tryed explaining that when you buy a bare tool you don't get any of that with it. That went right over there heads and they lost a sale on a expensive tool."

"My husband and I came in for some housewares and some particular hardware to finish up a remodel on our two year olds bedroom today. Our two year old came along and she is potty trained however needed to use the ladies room after our 30 minute drive to get to the store. She was turned away because the clerk said the restrooms are closed due to Covid-19 while my two year old was yelling to the clerk “I need to poop!” We did not buy anything today and won’t be making any future purchases. We had to run to our car and speed to Walmart to clean her up. Luckily they had everything we needed for less. In the future if we do require a hardware store it just won’t be this one. We’ll hit up Ace. This was unfortunate because we try to shop local as often as possible. It’s so nice that you guys are keeping the world safe from a two year old who needed to use the restroom."
