"I called to make an appt on 2/4. I asked when their next available appt was as there was no reason to make an appt of there wasn’t want soon enough. So this lady wanted all my info name, dob, address and phone number. I told her that info is irreverent if there is not an appt soon. She told me she can’t look at any appts till she gets that info so she can see weather I’ve been a patient there or not. So weather I have been a patient at your clinic or not matters when your next available appt is? I don’t think so. I’m not gonna waste 5 min for a 20 second answer. You don’t need all my info just to check next available appt. as rude as this lady was about it I see why people want nothing to do with north or their healthcare system."
