"They were at Lyndal Open streets doing HIV tests for $20 target gift cards in exchange. I did the HIV test and later found out that I was given a blank gift card when I went to go make a purchase. I had to reach out to the open streets coordinator, and then email the person's information they sent me, and that person and I ended up in a game of back and forth phone tag for about five emails, and then she had to send me eight more emails asking me for my information because she asked one question at a time per email when she could have just asked the questions all at once and ask for all of the pictures that she needed all at once. She said she put the card in the mail, and then weeks past and I forgot about it until I remembered today. Edit: I received the gift card in the mail today. I had this conversation with somebody at this organization on October 24th, and the envelope is postage stamped for November 27th. The person said they went ahead and threw it in the mail on October 25th or 26th, and we can see the dishonesty there. Absolutely ridiculous!"
