"They don’t tell you that they stop doing TB testing earlier than everything else. Don’t waste your time if you go after 2:00pm. The receptionist are not very helpful and quite rude. Overall, the process is not smooth and easy like it should be. They make things more complicated than need to be and make you re-fill out forms you pre-filled to speed up your time here. Do not recommend this place at all."

"I went to Concentra to have some blood drawn and a shot, and the Medical assistant/ Nurse was so nice. They explained everything so nicely, a child could understand. The wait was not long at all."

"Exceptional service. My physical exam was fair and test requirements were explained to me beforehand and heart rate monitored with a device instead of a different place where I tested and they counted my heart rate with a finger on my wrist. I was impressed with the service."

"When someone is coming in for a drug test, they don’t like to have someone on the other side of the door asking many times what’s going on? What’s taking so long? Some people have shy bladders and you need to be more sensitive to this. However, Amber was amazing with me and made the rest of my visit wonderful. Thanks Amber"
