"Vegas is notorious for subpar medical care, so when you find a good provider - you stick to them like Saran Wrap. I’ve been in the area for almost 5 years, and stuck with TCFP because I had two PA’s that provided excellent care. Unfortunately with the consistently high turnover rate of providers at this clinic, I will be exiting out the revolving door as well. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails unreturned, paperwork and or referrals are done incorrectly or wind up missing, the primary physician on staff who runs the clinic is dismissive and doesn’t impress upon you as a patient that he cares about your well being, the administrative staff can’t seem to do their jobs or follow through. I used to proudly refer this clinic to others seeking care, but with the max exodus of providers available - care has gone out the window with them."

"I was told the office manager would contact me.... About a past due bill from October which she was supposed to clear up...now I have another bill for blood works I never consented too, which now also is incorrect... And needs to be fixed. I've sent two emails, I've made multiple calls... I went in for an annual physical and left with over $150 in blood work bills from quest."

"What "care" does this place actually give? No one answers the phone besides their automated answering service, and even once you wait that out and finally get connected to someone, the people you CAN talk to, nice as they are, can't do any scheduling or anything to actually help except "let the front desk staff know". Sure, you can schedule online, but they won't actually see you until they confirm on their end- which, they NEVER do. They never send an email confirming or denying your appointment, so your health is unfortunately stuck in a permanent limbo. Some of the doctors are nice, but others don't actually listen to you because you don't fit the typical demographic for the thing you're hoping to get treatment for. I've been coming here since 2014, and have had nothing but lackluster experiences. Not to mention, you never see the same doctor twice- your case is shuffled around like a deck of cards. It's incredibly frustrating, through and through- from the scheduling process, to the attitude of the front desk staff (except one individual), to seeing the doctors themselves (I've even had one tell me that women weren't supposed to have periods, they were supposed to have babies from ages 14 to 30 and die- WHAT?). Not to mention, they're not even open on Saturdays like they claim to be- they have nothing about that online, you're able to schedule with their website for Saturday, Google says they're open, as does their website- until you arrive hoping you have an appointment to a single piece of printer paper on the door saying "closed Saturdays until further notice". I'm heavily disappointed that my health is simply an inconvenience to them. It is a MEDICAL office, but only when they decide to be. If you need a doctor, go somewhere else- especially if you're a woman or have a kid with autoimmune issues you're trying to figure out."

"Total Care Family and their entire staff have been such a great Team to treat both myself and my wife . They are our Primary physicians and always take the time to listen and provide very good care and or advice. We are very happy with them . Thank You."

"Dr. Allen rarely sees his patients in person at his practice - Total Care Family Practice. I was only "gifted" the courtesy of a Telehealth call once, on which he sounded inconvenienced. In addition to his poor manner and unavailability, his front desk staff are completely unprofessional and inept. The biggest issue is lack of communication and complete unprofessionalism from the front desk employees. They rarely answer the phone. They do not return voicemails in a timely manner if at all. They wait days to follow up on online appt requests. I wonder why they have an online scheduling system if they do not actually use it. Their version of scheduling through their system is they will email you that the request has been sent. Then, days later they will call you. If you are not available at that moment, be ready to wait days longer to reach them because when you immediately call them back, they forward you to voicemail. I don't even know when they check voicemail because this last experience, they did not call me back until I emailed the scheduling email again! Then one of the schedulers called me back, acted like she could not hear me all of the sudden in the middle of our conversation, and hung up. What a game they play. This week's struggle to schedule an appt is not even the first time this has happend. This week's experience was just the worst of many bad experiences with this practitioner and his staff. So unprofessional. Also, there have been a couple times where they completely forgot that I was waiting for service after they told me to go sit in the seating area. Looks like I will be seeking a new PCP. This place is a risk to anyone's health."
