"Unfortunately the worst experience of my life. The doctor is unprofessional and the wait times ridiculous. I waited 2 hours the first time and another hour and a half the 3rd time. It’s total chaos in there. I really wanted to like her, but she makes it impossible to. The hygiene level in all aspects leaves a lot to be desired. From the facility to the provider herself. I waited over a month to leave this review and simply sat on my perspective a while to see if I was just being emotional, but no. The reality is there’s something seriously wrong with this practice. She even sold me a “sample”, a bottle of nose oil that was clearly marked “sample NOT FOR SALE”, I didn’t discovered it until I got home and the bottle was only half full. But putting that aside, which I’m not sure is legal, the worse honestly was the way she treated me after I complained about the wait time. There’s so much more I could say but will restrain myself right now. I wish I would have read the reviews before going there. I will never go back there, it’s simply a scary place all the way around and that’s unfortunate"

"She is an amazing doctor who really cares about her patients. She was the first ENT to lisen to my concerns with my tonsils and take it seriously. Love her and would recommend her to anyone."

"I am shocked that this amazing Dr. has doesn't have a 5 star average. She deserves 6 stars! just proves to me the 5 star google ratings of other Dr.'s is probably artificially created. Susan is the hardest working Dr. I've seen. We are lucky to have her in our town. I believe she saved my hearing ( i had a sudden hearing loss in left ear). I do have a medical background and I've sadly seen my share of doctors in 59 years. Dr. Schwartz is one of the best! there is a huge lack of good ENT's in this town so they are overcrowded. the audiology Dr. is top notch as well. Dr. schwartz is overworked and underpaid by the insurance companies and yet she still shows up every day and . the insurance companies are going to run the excellent sole proprietor dr's out of business. if the insurance companies were not so difficult, the dr.'s could see probably another 20 pt's a day."

"I had an amazing experience dealing with Dr Schwartz she was able to see me right away. I had a hoarse voice for months and she figured out what was wrong and the cause of it. She schedule me for surgery within a week of the discovery and now i have my voice back i highly recommend her she was straight forward honest and friendly and very professional ."
