"My husband and I were at this office this morning feb 26. His appointment was 730a. He wasn't called in a room until 8a. First stop with a tech or assistant ( no one wears a name badge) who checks his medical records and questionnaires. She then ask him to take his shoes and socks off and walk on the floor to the scale. My husband didn't want to step on the floor or scale, barefooted. He is diabetic with symptoms of neuropathy and he didn't need infection due to cross contamination. we ask for paper towel to step on. She just ignored us. Did not say she already disinfected the area or was going to. Just no response. Finally she allowed him to step on the scale with shoes on. When we got to the room to see a practitioner, a student walked in and introduced herself. We voiced our concern as my husband's BP was high bec he was upset. Then another practitioner walked in introduced herself as Gail or Gill, didn't say if she's a doctor or NP or PA. She assess the patient and Bp being elevated was noted. So we mentioned our concern about un sanitary and unsafe practice from the first room. Her response was, the scale is clean before and after each use so I said that the tech didn't say that plus we didn't see any cleaning bottles or supplies bec I was looking for some. Then she said next time just refused to be weighed. I said, checking weight is important for his condition. He is not non compliant. She also mentioned that we're the first ones to complain about this. Why? Because we know better. We both have a lot of medical problems and we need to be careful. That response of hers was not accurate. She could've offered some assurance that the floor and scale were frequently cleaned. So she said let's drop it. We're not happy how they do things here. There's so much you can catch from these kind of environment and people who don't care. Do your research or read reviews before making an appointment."

"I've seen this Dr for ovelr 4 years and L everyone is wonderful. I drive 40 minutes just to see him. He's always very friendly and explains my blood test very well. I highly recommend this Dr."

"I have been a patient here for about 5 years. The office staff have always been gracious and helpful, and my present physician, Dr. Gill, has my highest admiration. Her greatest skill is her ability to listen to what you are saying. This resulted in her offering advice to me in my last visit a few months ago about doing aquatic therapy and maybe some physical therapy. The combination of the two has brought about more good results than I have seen in years. I met with her today and shared my good results. It brought tears to her eyes and she said "You have made my day - no my month! Feedback like this is why I do what I do! Thank you for letting me know!" I also told her office manager, Randi! Thank you Dr. Gill! You get an A+!"

"Dr. Nguyen is a very impatient person. The energy of this office is hectic and unorganized. The office staff seems overwhelmed and stressed. There’s a lack of peace and understanding coming from Dr. Nguyen and that really trickled down to all of the employees. Although there are many beautiful art pieces hanging on the walls throughout the office to emanate a serene and calm atmosphere but that intention fell short with the lack of emotional intelligence from Dr. Nguyen. I do not recommend this office and if you are an intelligent person with high standards on quality and consistency from your doctor, this place might not be for you."

"Should have read reviews before I scheduled with these AWFUL people. First, took forever to get an appointment. Second, I was early and they were late which means my time (and yours!) doesn't matter. Third, they sent in a medical student! So I, who waited months for this appointment and have been sick for so long, is so unimportant to these AWFUL people that I am seen by a someone with VERY limited experience! Unacceptable. Moreover, the patient is then detailing all the ways their current life sux and why they need help and then this information is further filtered until it reaches a provider. Old telephone game, friends. It is a BAD practice. Finally, the NP Kristy left me feeling unsafe and in incompetent hands. If I had to do it all over again, I would NEVER have scheduled with these people."
