"I wouldn't advise going here, I would have providers I like, only to leave the practice, this has happened 3 times. Then I am told I should go to urgent care for refills that I am pending but with a former provider and that they can't do anything until I see a new provider which takes 2 months. What do they expect people to do who are on maintenance medication? Have been a patient here for over 2 years with multiple providers and I have to go to urgent care to get a refill because people keep quitting? If you are reading this to research for a new doctors office, find somewhere else."
"Update: I have been provided a generic automated response as read in many other reviews. This response is asking me to do exactly what I have been attempting for the past few weeks. "Please contact us". Hello P3, I have been trying to contact you and I am sharing my experience when I do so. You as my medical advisor should be contacting me with biopsy results from a procedure completed mid January 2024. Original message: Joyce my primary is gone and simply no reason to return. The man at front desk lead health care professional is the absolute worst and very dismissive. My procedure was complete mid month. 2 1/2 weeks later and still zero biopsy results with what seems to be zero sense of urgency. P3 has no issues with sending and requesting payment but has trouble with communication and compassion. I will not be returning for future visits. Stay far away from P3 particularly the Pecos location."

He was not only friendly and welcoming, but he also demonstrated a remarkable attention to detail by proactively saving my documents ahead of time. "Dr. K was amazing. Since her leaving J was switched over to Dr. Burris. Had a terrible experience with Dr. burris and getting FMLA filled out for my anxiety for a renewal my employer requested. He refused to one for me and told me just because Dr.K did one doesn't mean he would. Mind you this was after 1 appointment with him, where he did not seem to want to want to understand my history and current health concerns. And treated my case insignificant. I was then mistreated by the staff and was told that he would not be doing one for me and that I could go somewhere else!! Utterly disappointed and disgusting"
"I've been changed providers several times. My appointments get rescheduled quite frequently. Health care really sucks anymore. Changing PCP's. This place needs to be better at scheduling time off, its ridiculous. Please spare me your generated response."
