"Dr. Dawood can’t even do a patient consult over the phone for my mom who is 85 and tested positive for COVID. I have been playing around with trying to get her meds since 7:30am. Then I called the pharmacy to find out what the delay was and the pharmacist said the doctor wrote on the prescription stage 3 Kidney disease for paxlovid. My mom does not have that. Dr. Dawood had upset me and made a mess of a simple prescription that my mom could have had hours ago. This is ridiculous."

"Dr. Dawood has been my Primary Care Physician since I arrived in Lad Vegas. When she and her practice moved to Henderson, I moved with her, when Health Care Partners changed to Intermountain Health, I still remain a grateful, patient. I have never gotten anything less than warm and professional care fro both Dr. Dawood and her very caring sweet staff members! The office is always a pleasant place to visit, I just get to be there when I'm sick, but if I go in for my yearly check up, and I'm feeling pretty good, I can have fun being there. I think Intermountain Health is the Greatest, and I wouldn't have them a single thing!"

"If there was a negative star that's what I would give Dr Dawood. I have been going her for 3 years and she mostly sent me to other Doctors. I said to her, I thought that after all this we would sit down and make a plan. Her response was "okay whats the plan". I couldn't believe it. I'm not the Doctor. Also I asked what the difference was between my last blood test and my new blood test, she never answered me. She was also supposed to give me 4 or 5 referrals and after 5 months I still never got them. Instead her nurse called me and said see couldn't see me any longer claiming she doesn't take my insurance anymore. Then the nurse said I could go to another health care partners Doctor, that to me makes no sense. She left me hanging. Among other things I have prediabetes and hyperthyroidism and know idea what to do about it, most of the time I've had to look up the medical codes to even know what's wrong. So I agree that she only cares about herself. She even admitted that to me. Mind you I never went alone I always took my boyfriend of 15 years and he was blown away by her as was my pharmacist. Now I'm lost and have to call my insurance to find another Doctor. How can a Doctor just dump you with conditions such as mine. ( I have only 17% vitamin D in my system as well as degenerative disc disease) she doesn't care. I really hopes she reads this."
