"The ER at St Rose Sienna was the worst! The attitudes i dealt with tells me they ALL need Ethics training. Waiting for a breathing treatment for over an hour and when i asked i was told “you’re not the only patient, we’re busy”. I finally walked out after an hour of waiting. Disgusting, horrible care!"
"I’ve tried to call twice today and was hung up on both times. The first time I scheduled a callback. I answered the phone and was put on hold and held for over five minutes and then was hung up on. The next time, I was in the middle of giving my insurance information when I was hung up on the second time, so I was not able to make an appointment."
