"Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy for first time. Medical asst and RN were good. Had no issue with procedures itself, but anesthesia has me sneezing for 5 days now. Called the office with my concern and after being given runaround and having to call back, I was told the anesthesia said it was possibly seasonal and not because of anesthesia, which is not true. I don't have allergies. I know my body and haven't had any sinus issues until after the procedure. I was told to make an appointment with my PCP. I'm very disappointed with this response. If what you did caused me to have this side effect, you should have solutions and not be dismissive."

"I had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy today and I gotta say, the nurses are AMAZING!!!!! I honestly don't know why people give such horrible reviews. These nurses are amazing, I don't remember her name but before I was taken to the endoscopy suite, this nurse explained everything to me they told me what they going to do. Amazing teamwork!! And they all were happy and they even made me laugh!! The anesthesiologist was also great with me!! Highly recommend this place for your upcoming procedures."

"Don't go there. I had an upper endoscopy and when they set me up for anesthesia I felt how the liquid all inside my hand burning inside of it. Then I woke up with 3 scars; 1 in my hand 1 in my wrist and 1 in my upper arm. They told me to use hot water compress to calm the pain during the follow up call. After some weeks they sent me a bill to pay the service so I called them back and I told them I was hurt and not happy with their service and is not fair to pay the amount they were claiming. They just kept me going in circles with no resolution. a few weeks later I receive another bill from my GE to pay another amount for for the same endoscopy procedure so now I have 2 bills! Anyways this surgery center they don't care if you were hurt and their new billing department has 0 commitment and ownership. It has been more than 1 week of waiting to call me back what they said it would be 10 minutes. In my opinion, stay away from here!"

"Very friendly and professional staff. They explained the entire process/procedure from start to finish which made me feel comfortable and confident that the process would go smoothly. Shout out to all the nurses especially Wendy (thanks for the second apple juice!) and Nequai (sorry about the spelling). Everything in moderation Nequai !"

"BEST PLACE EVER!!! No one ever likes to have procedures done and in all honesty from my numerous previous experiences from regular hospitals to out patient centers, I have never been in and out of facility with such impeccable efficiency; from the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff starting at the front desk, the nursing staff, and especially Dr. Del La Torre and Dr. Tordilla. It seems almost surreal to be able to have a procedure done, feel safe, comfortable, and that didn’t take up most of my day. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs an outpatient procedure done. Dr. Del La Torre came very highly recommended to me by well respected doctors and I am so thankful to have found him and this surgical center."
