"I received a call from the office about a copay that needs to be paid. Keep in mind my first visit the patient portal was down so I had to hand complete the forms. I informed a year ago that I have not been receiving mail at times due to people breaking into our mailboxes. I asked them to email the invoice because they are sending me to collections. They cannot email statements because their emails are not secure and only use fax. I asked for them to please email me so I can get the invoice paid. They would rather send me to collections instead of getting the 43.00 payment. They were kind enough to offer to pay by phone without seeing the invoice."

"My wife schedule her first appointment to this office. Later to find out they cancel her appointment without calling her because another patient needed that time slot. Incompetent staff"

"They refused to schedule a pregnancy appointment without payment first. Scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance this location is over a half hour from my home had me drive all the way to their office fill out their forms and paperwork to tell me they never checked my insurance eligibility but yet confirmed my appointment 3 different times. Had me hold urine for over an hour before telling me they couldn’t even see me due to my eligibility. Then to find out this group has changed names and locations completely…. Usually when practices do this it’s due to a malpractice lawsuit of sorts. It’s a real shame because Dr Casas is a very good doctor but he is completely unable to choose staff to represent his practice his staff are extremely under qualified for their job titles and entitlement, it’s nothing but passing of bucks… when asked for a justified reason for my insurance benefits not being checked prior to my visit the response “well you didn’t speak to me directly so it’s not my problem”… I stress to all new mothers who value the health and well-being of their growing babies to look elsewhere… even a doula option is a much superior one. This office values your money more than your health!!!!"

"They really treat you like nothing. They are really good at charging you the $934 because no insurance but they don’t guide you through the process they believe you should know it already , it’s an awful experience on my first pregnancy and even worse I cannot change to a new gynecologist because I have already paid $1870 To this ppl and they aren’t capable to fill my fmla papers on the same day! I used to be happy about the service and the doctor but since I lost my insurance ,they just give me a new appointment to charge the fee and do nothing it’s like I’m worthless to them since no insurance"
