Dr. Garcia-Jayne is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and a good listener. I never felt rushed. She even made suggestions I never thought of to help with some issues I was experiencing. I am grateful to have found the perfect doctor for my needs."

"Worst office front staff ever. They never sent over the blood work form, I had to call three times. They also never got the information correct from the pharmacy, Had to tell them 5 times and still were getting it wrong. Pharmacy told me to get another doctor who has a staff that will listen. The Pharmacy even called them. It's sad because the doctors once you talk to them/see them are pretty good. Replace your awful staff!"

"This place deserves a 0. It started with me seeing Dr Concepcion. He sent out two referrals. A month went by and I heard nothing. I had a follow up appointment with him and some guy named Josh called me and a diff time than I was scheduled. I was like, I don't know who you are, is this my doctor? He said they switched my provider due to my insurance but didn't tell me about it or the change in time. So evidently this guy was Joshua Valera and he was a nurse practitioner taking over. I had mentioned to him that I went to the ER for dizziness and that I had a traumatic brain injury about a year prior and that I was concerned. He sent me out of referral for both an ENT and a neurologist, as well as a sleep study. He then set me for a follow-up appointment a month later. Another month goes by and I've heard nothing and I have called all these specialist trying to get appointments and none of them have received referrals. So I have another appointment with Joshua and I explained the situation and he says okay we will send them out again if you don't hear anything within a week give us a call. I waited 10 days still didn't hear anything I gave them a call, they said they would fix it another and month goes by. I'm finally getting fed up so I decided to find a new provider. My new provider referred me to the same sleep specialist so I called them yet again to find out what was going on. The sleep specialist said that the referral wasn't done correctly by my previous provider Joshua and they have been calling him and his office numerous times trying to get it fixed but they never heard back. So sagebrush medical knew from me that something was wrong with the referral, they were called multiple times from the office they referred me to. It had been been over 2 months since I've been to the ER and I had no treatment for the condition. This place has a total lack of care for their patients, they kept setting up follow-up appointments for me even when nothing had been done. And continue to let my condition get worse. This is run by a bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing, and I also feel like they continue to set up appointments for no reason just to get insurance money. I would steer clear of this place if you actually have health issues. Three appointments over three months and I got nowhere."

"I’ve always struggled finding a good medical office where I’m comfortable and the customer service is great. I got both here at Sagebrush Medical Center. From when you walk in , you are greeted and met with friendly service. I had a few questions about my insurance and they were able to help me out and answer my questions. Going back to the rooms can always be intimidating but I felt relaxed and comfortable. Doctor answered my questions with such grace and care. I felt like he truly cared and wants to help me reach my health goals. What more can you ask for! Would definitely recommend!"

"Dr Pan and the Sagebrush staff were professional and accommodating. They were able to see me as a new patient the same week as a hospital follow up. He was very kind and thorough, and addressed all of my concerns at the first visit. Staff has been very communicative and accommodating. Thankful to have been referred to them."
