"The doctors are very nice and seem to know what they are doing. the support staff is the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. it's an entire group of people that received participation trophies and they don't know how to actually work and accomplish anything. I've been waiting weeks for a referral to be turned in to saint rose for a very simple procedure to be done and they aren't capable of completing the task. I would recommend any other Medical provider other than PC 3"

"I have had an appointment scheduled since about March. They have canceled TWICE. My appointment was next week, October 7th. They called me to reschedule and cancel my appointment, and said the soonest they could see me was January. I have been waiting since March. Yesenia was very rude. She was blaming it on my insurance. Unprofessional and I will find elsewhere that will take me less than a year to get in."

"I had an appt at 815 and was 6 mins late. The office lady walked to dr Kelly to see if she'll see me. And I was refused to be seen by the dr. Apparently I had a 15 mins appt that I wasn't aware of and also not told that if I was late at all I would not be seen. Otherwise I wouldn't have driven 20 mins to come here. Horrible. I would not recommend coming here at all. Sometimes people are late. I have two kids at home and getting to a dr isn't the easiest. I had to even get a sitter so that I wouldn't have to bring them with me. I wouldn't suggest an office that lacks empathy."

"Had a scheduled appointment and the front desk refused to let me speak with Dr.because they could not establish a video connection. Told me I would have to wait two months to get another appointment. In the mean time I am without my medication til then! Two months I will have to go without diabetes meds because they said the doctors are not allowed to talk to patients by phone ! I have never experienced such patient neglect."

"P3 made a huge mess of our medical care. They negligently allowed one of their doctors to treat patients who was an anti-vaxxer. But that wasn't the worst part. When they found out that Theresa Brinton was not vaccinated against COVID, they fired her and had no plan to deal with her current patient's problems. We were in the middle of a sciatic nerve flare that grounded my wife. We'd started the process of getting a pain management referral when this all went down. We were basically told that no one in the office was taking 'new' patients, that we should try another office or the ER. We went to the GV office and they told my wife she had to suffer for a whole month before she could see her PCP to continue the referral. That would have been torture. It wasn't until we made a fuss, hollered and threatened that we were given any consideration. Miraculously, when threatened, they were able to see her within an hour. Heartless, negligent and inefficient office management. Terrible service. Run from these guys."
