"This place is a joke the girl that answers the phone is very rude!! They scheduled me a follow up I confirm twice the day before and no one called the day of. I called them Friday to see what happen and the receptionist stated they called and I didn’t answer so they left a message. I told her I never received a call because I stepped away from my desk waiting for the call until 11am. She immediately got smart asking well why didn’t I call them and I need to pay $25 before she scheduled me an appointment and if I don’t like it don’t come back to there office!! I have no problem paying however they never called me and for her to get smart and not be professional was insane!! I never had a problem with the follow up staff she was very nice, it’s that unprofessional reception!! I guess if I were Hispanic she would have been more polite!! I will definitely take my money somewhere else and let everyone know to not deal with them!!"

"This is a fraudulent business that steals pictures they find online (i.e. laser before and afters) and posts them on their social media profiles pretending it is their work. They stole my personal photos and I had to file a copyright complaint on Facebook and am still waiting to get them taken down. I would not trust them AT ALL because they are clearly unprofessional enough to steal content and lie about passing off the work of other professionals as their own."
