"Today was my husband's first visit from a different wound care. The appointment was at 9:30 and I am still waiting on him to come out 2 hours later. While waiting, I thought I'd run in and use the restroom since we had almost an hour drive here and I have been waiting for 2 hours. All of the restrooms in the *lobby* are locked. For what doctors are charging for Healthcare, you'd think they could afford custodial services for the building. NV is a mess. If you are worried about paying patients using the restroom, you've got bigger issues that need to be addressed. SMH."
"So far I’m just trying to get a hold of someone to talk about the exit plan of my sister I cannot get through to anyone I did not leave messages I just kept calling and calling and calling during business hours and I just called again apparently I’ve missed the business hours so I did leave a detailed message and we’ll see where this goes"
"Dr. Barnes terminated me after missing 2 appointment in which I did call and let them knew I was called in to work. The staff were nice but followed everything he said. My wound wasn't healing and always got infected. I need a new wound Dr."
"been here a few times. Was impressed from day one, how they treated me and showed me around and then came day one for the first chamber ride and was treated well and the staff is VERY nice every time. I would highly recommend this location"
"Dr.Sighn and the staff were the worst experience endured for my husband. The office staff could not and still wont get the billing for JUST 2visits corrected. The treatment was a waste but had a price tag of over 7000.00 for no more then 20 minutes of patient/ doctor service. Then a charge for paying the hospital a charge. The office staff didn't put the correct ID number for the doctor which put them in outneywork and took over 4 mos to correct. This practice is twrrible and needs to be reported the medical department of Nevada."
