"On four different occasions, I’ve tried to call multiple different locations to confirm that they got my referral (since they told me they had not yet received it the last time I spoke to them) and every single time I call I’m sitting on hold for an extended amount of time, and then I am forced to use the system where I enter my number for a callback, and I never actually get the call back. I have tried calling each and every location that exists. Between the incompetence of my doctor, and the ridiculousness of ATI having multiple locations and having a phone system that is completely faulty. I am so extremely frustrated because I’ve been doing nothing but babysitting and I still don’t have pain relief and I still don’t even have a plan on the horizon. Answer the damn phone."
