My overall experience with her care has been good. During my consultation, I shared my fears about medication, and she reassured me that starting, stopping, or switching medication is my choice. If I forget to ask a question or don’t understand something, I can ask and not feel intimidated or less than. If you’ve been to a doctor, you probably know the feeling. She helped me request work accommodations as a person with disabilities, and I found this very validating. I have not had an unpleasant interaction with anyone. There is a fee for filling out paperwork, turnover can vary, but they’ll fax forms to their destination if needed. She’s very genuine and is knowledgeable about prescribing accordingly. I’m always left feeling better after every appointment. "This clinic doesn’t care for the patient, they are after the money not for the patient care and patients well being. Your schedule will be canceled without prior notice. They will cancel it because you have a balance of less than $20 dollars. Specially if you need to get to talk to them for your concern. The patient cannot get service because of balance or copay unpaid less than a month. Where is your passion and care for the patient. They don’t inform you of your balance only when your appointment day and then you will not know all of a sudden ur cancelled. The provider are good no problem. The owner may be not noticed the unprofessional behavior of the office manager Vanessa. She is rude and unprofessional.Yes her name VANESSA. Dr Ho must have a third eye on her. All of the receptionist are pretty good. Hopefully the owner could read this. You better be able to find a replacement for her."
