"The facility is beautiful and the people are very nice, particularly the front desk staff that checked me in. However, I waited 40 minutes (in the middle of my work day) for a 5 minute appointment. In addition, I paid $80 for that 5 minutes where the paperwork I had already filled out regarding my medical history was read back to me. The appointment was called a "consultation" in preparation for a preventative procedure I need. However, it seemed unnecessary or at least could have been done via video rather me needing to rearrange my work schedule to be there."

"This was my first visit as a new patient. Scheduling was easy. The reception area was busy, but looked to be well-run. I got in to the doctor with minimal wait. Dr. Glover was very pleasant and spent time discussing things. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. Scheduling the procedure was straight forward and simple. "Easy to navigate online paperwork and submit ahead of appointment. Check-in took less than 90-seconds. No waiting in the lobby. The Doctor was professional and made me feel confident about the procedure. Before going to the Scheduler, I got a Text from my pharmacy letting me know the Doctor had submitted Rx and would be ready for pickup. The scheduler was easy to talk to and instructions were very clear and not complicated. This is a very organized office and the staff is both friendly and professional. It’s never a pleasant procedure but having this level of care and service makes it much better! Thank you!"
