"First of all they take a credit card so you have no way of disputing or questioning the amount that they’re taking out. I was charged $110 never got a statement don’t know why and when I tried to call there’s no extension it says you need to either chat or do a message so I did a message and the person that iMessage said that they were closed at the time, so I did it the next morning and I got a call back but again there was no extension of who I’m supposed to actually talk to . I come and find out that I go to my next appointment. My credit cards been charged I got the statement thank goodness from the girl upfront, and it shows that my insurance did not cover it and that was why I was charged. But then when I went into the room, they said there’s no deductible but I Showed him the statement I just got saying there is a deductible because I was just charged this amount. It is very hard to get in contact with anybody. There’s no extension only a phone number so if you’re trying to reach out, I suggest you get an extension or get a real phone number that you can actually talk to a person."

"The PA was a little arrogant and abrupt. As a medical professional myself, I was a little Disappointed, but the medical assistant and the receptionist was very nice. I was an EMT and worked in an emergency room in California So I’ve worked in the profession for many many years. I think the PA could come across a little more compassionate and warmer and friendlier. My experience in Las Vegas coming from California is this is typical for medical professionals, very different than the outstanding staff I’ve worked with in California. It wasn’t bad! I am just not surprised."

"Everyone in the office is always so professional and helpful as well i’d 100% recommend to family and friends also i adore that it’s always clean and who can’t appreciate that along with coffee at their little cute coffee table for people who like coffee!"

Everyone is friendly, helpful, & wants me to look & feel good! Sometimes, the front office is amazing in being able to get me in last-minute. I definitely recommend thus office & Dr. Kristine."
