"I started my LASIK "journey" in March of 2023 and after many many office visits and spending hundreds on office visits, eye drops, pills, and eye ointment, I was finally approved for the surgery. During my last appointment in May of 2023 I spent over 2 hours in the waiting room waiting for someone to schedule my surgery. After an hour and a half I asked someone at the desk how much longer it would be and after searching for my chart, I was told "it should be soon". I waited another 45 minutes and simply walked out. I never got a phone call from the doctor or receptionist once they figured out I was gone. Dr. Wellish was great and very knowledgeable, but I guess he didn't need my money or my business."

"I am new to Las Vegas – here only 6 months. Saw Dr. Andrew Tran, a glaucoma expert, at the Wellish Vision Institute this week. First, I would like to say the office is nicely decorated and very comfortable. This is a new location on Fort Apache. The front desk gals were very nice and guided me through the Kiosk check-in process. I was called into the back within fifteen minutes and seen by a very knowledgeable technician who did the preliminary questions and tests for Dr. Tran. Dr. Tran was very nice, introduced himself and explained things well. I’ve been a “glaucoma suspect” for the last 10 years and this was my annual check-up. Apparently, he doesn’t dilate new patients on the first visit so I have a second visit scheduled in a month when I will be dilated and given a few more tests. So far, I am still a “glaucoma suspect” and look forward to my next visit. Overall, I was in and out within an hour and it was a very pleasant experience."

"Went in for a LASIK consult. Turns out all they do at the initial appointment is give you pricing and try to get you financing. I was offered a discount when I started asking questions -did not get direct answers to my question. The email said my consult was with a doctor but it was not. I'm not even sure who the woman that I met with was. In order to get any information two more appointments would be necessary. The phone center is a mess. I had two separate emails with two different locations & when I called to follow up they could not see my appointment. Got transferred to a voicemail. The only way I got the information was by filling out the review form that is sent after. Thankfully I also booked an appointment at a different institute the same day. That doctor actually gave me information and did tests"

"I absolutely love Dr. Wellish and his Team whether it is at the Ft Apache location the Henderson location or the Box Canyon Surgury Center, the whole team is amazing. Very detailed and patient FRIENDLY. I had a cataract surgery 1 week ago and I am BLOWN AWAY by the results. My vision in my left eye is so GOOD...it almost looks fake...like the first time you watch a high definition TV. It take awhile to get used to the clarity...that's what see after my surgery.
