"I've been a patient at this facility for about a year and a half. Inna has been my PA during this period. She's been wonderful. She takes the time to listen to me and gives me great advice. I know there are a lot of negative comments. But, my experience has been a very good one."
"They were prompt to call and schedule me after my primary doctor sent over my referral. I received an email confirmation with the date and time. The day of my appointment, I called early in the morning to ask if I could be billed for my copay and the receptionist transferred me to a voicemail that stated billing is only there Mon-Wed. I called back and waited on hold again and let the receptionist know I needed to speak to a live person, because billing wasn't there, and her response was " Oh, I know." So I tell her in my first call I needed help regarding my appointment TODAY, and if you KNEW no one was there why pass me off to a voicemail instead of finding someone that could assist me?! Fast forward... Later that day on my way to my appointment and am literally a block away, they called to cancel! The reason: "since it's been so long since we last saw you, you are considered a new patient and needed to be 30 minutes early so we are rescheduling you." There was nothing in the appointment confirmation email that stated this, and I was JUST on the phone with them several hours earlier and no one mentioned this! Their conduct was very unprofessional, and it is sad how the negative reviews outnumber the positive ones. This is definitely not the way I want to start off a doctor/patient relationship. Monday I will be calling my PCP to ask to be referred to a different pain management"
"Just like previous people stated. I had X-Rays that were reviewed by a real doctor. Who said I have severe degradation of my spinal column. After reading the reviews she asked if I want injections? I said, 12 years ago they gave me an epidural that gave temporary relief. Now they want me to get a CT scan! I had one 2 years ago. I said it's in my records. Does a herniated disk get better? She said no. She said she needed one to prescribe the medications I've been taking for 12 years! She said it's against the law to prescribe two of my medications together and a pharmacist won't fill them. That was a blatant lie because Savon filled them, twice! Not one male in the whole office. Just power tripping female physicians assistants. Bunch of fake reviews, don't be fooled!"
"I have been to a lot of doctors but have never been treated so badly than I have here. They are beyond disrespectful and definitely discriminate. If you care at all about your own medical well being don't go here. I am definitely filing discrimination charges against this facility!"
"I've been under pain MGMT for some time now but have never been ignored or lied to as much as here. They gave me medicine with the understanding I will get an additional medication after they "get to know me" but that is in fact a lie. Then they tell me that I am only allowed a certain medication with a certain amount per the state. But that is a lie! I know this because of what other doctors gave me. (But unfortunately my insurance changed and have to go here now.) So after they told me it's not them it's the state, I asked for the phone number for the so I can call them and was given a fake number. I do everything they ask and my condition just keeps getting worse! They truly do not care!!!!!"
