"Terrible service. My son had a appointment which was booked November 2023 which they didn't receive the referral in a timely manner had me wait in the lobby for over an hour once they did receive the referral and it was a issue since my son has DUAL INSURANCE they told me sorry we cant see you since we just got the referral but I will automatically rescheduled you to next month here comes next month guess what they said oh yes we have your referral the day before the appointment and once again they told me sorry we are not accepting new patients but you guys AUTOMATICALLY rescheduled his appointment!!!! After i took the day off from work AGAIN because i was told the month previous he would be seen. Very terrible communication office staff will not notify you of any cancellation or any issues regarding your appointment until the day before. Let alone its hard to contact the office if you leave a message they would respond within 24 hours but i left also MD left messages and no response. TERRIBLE. It wouldve been nice to get notified of cancellation earlier than A DAY before the appointment! Went through the whole process of removing the dual coverage md sending over the referral just get told the same thing again."
"Waste of time! If they don’t take your insurance… they won’t call you to let you know! They’ll just cancel your appointment and claim that they called you. I have absolutely no missed calls or voicemail from the day/time they claimed they called. I actually got a confirmation text at that time. I waited 2 months for this appointment!! Absolutely incompetent"
"Got a chance to see Dr. Allen Young. My mom has a an ear infection for last 40 yrs, Dr. Young explained and showed us the treatment we can follow. He is gave us more than enough time to explain the problem. He is one of the most professional medical expert I have met so far. I can 100% recommend Dr. Young to anybody who has ear related problems. Much respect and thanks again."
"While the doctor was excellent (Larry Yu), the office staff are rude and don't give a hoot about anyone, treat you badly when you walk in AND call, getting an appointment is impossible (you call and land in the black hole of their phone system and have to leave a message and hope to get a call back in 2, 3, 5 days or not at all). all-in-all, not a good experience. Yes, they are close to my home but getting in is a hurdle and a HUGE challenge. Good luck to all that try."
"The initial visit with Susan Thomas was great. She was attentive, informative, and had great bedside manner with my son. That's the only good thing I have to say for this office. Since then, I and my husband have had to call several times a week to leave voicemails on Dr. Goll's schedulers line, the main line, and the managers line regarding the surgery. As well as using their Klara messaging system. We were told there would be a bill prior to the surgery but no one has reached out to us at all, there hasn't been any communication that is initiated on their end. At this point, we are severely disappointed in this office's communication and follow through. We expected high quality of care for the entire point of care. **Update: went down another star. after I posted this review they called me stating they got my voicemail. I explained my frustrations and concerns. The response I got was “do you still want to keep your appointment “ no apology, no general customer service. I canceled. Any trust that was initially built is gone. Ironically the other clinic I scheduled for a second opinion, called thirty minutes later asking if I wanted a sooner appointment as a one had become available."
