"Hello, I just wanted the women that are looking for a doctor that cares and a staff that cares it is not this clinic. My wife called to see a if she could be seen by her obgyn and they were not caring and not understanding the severity of the issue. The front desk put her on hold for 12 min to come back with no answer no possible solution as to what can be done. I went in office with her about 1 hours later and the front desk staff as well as the manager a small asian women showed no empathy to the severity of the situation. They kept saying we can't squeeze you in we are fully booked. I found that hard to believe because the clinic was empty and other patients had not shown up to appointments which did not matter if your looking for a clinic with women who work the front desk that do not care and that can't even bother to lie aor show any pathy and a manager that has no personality and just tells you oh well good luck. Then this clinic is youm I would give this place -5 stars because the staff. and aanaher"

"I called about 14 minutes ago approx 1:25pm to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I did not have my insurance policy number at the call and I asked if i can provide it later this asfternoon, the representative, she said yes. Before I could ask what availability there was to book my appointment the representative hung up on me. It's not best practice at all. At least be accommodating to book and allow me to follow up with my insurance information as I told the staff member. I'm new to this state and getting an ob/gyn has been a struggle. My first experience with this practice is not good. My coworker recommended this place."

"My daughter went here after her period lasted for 3 weeks+ and they had her get an ultrasound done and then a biopsy a week or so later after the ultrasound. When she went back 2 WEEKS later, she saw a different person (the 3rd she's seen here) and they still didn't have answers for her. Now she's VERY STRESSED out from NOT getting any help when there is OBVIOUSLY something abnormal going on."

"Where do I start… The staff is incredibly rude. I have never encountered anything like this. I received a call the day before to verify my appt. I also called them the morning of to confirm my appointment time and was told it was at 9:30 that day. I get there and I am then told that my appt was the next day and that I can either come back tomorrow, sit there until 1:45 pm or wait until March. So I left and came back at 1:45 after leaving work ONCE AGAIN and driving clear across town. When I came back to check in I asked the lady up front some questions about the insurance and she laughed in my face like I was stupid. I booked an annual papsmear and was charged $90 for a co pay even though my co pay is only $25. When I asked why it was so expensive she responded with “there’s people who pay way more”. Following that, I gave them the cross streets to the pharmacy I go to, and instead they placed the prescription at another pharmacy almost 30 minutes away from me and said they couldn’t change it. Mind you the cross streets were absolutely no where near the one I provided them. They’re impossible to reach my phone. They’ll leave you on hold for an hour and then transfer you to a voicemail. I absolutely do not feel comfortable there."

"So I did read previous reviews and I agree and disagree. I am pregnant with my second child and the first time I went to essential women's health associates the front desk did, well they were awful. It took forever to make an appointment and it was frustrating . However, since than they have made huge improvements and have an obvious new phone system. I say I love this place because I base my review off the doctors... you get to know your doctors and you find the one you like to see the most. At the end of the day I had a complicated delivery and Dr. Pack got my baby out with literally 0 issues and minimal damage. He came in like a super hero and made me feel confidant that I can deliver this baby after over 30 hours of labor. BTW, my baby was a forcep baby and I was told that most doctors won't delver that way... Dr. Pack did and my baby didn't even have bruises. The nurses ALWAYS call back the same day and are super nice and will schedule an appointment if you need one. This second experience I have had 0 issues and I would recommend this practice and if I have a third Child I will be returning to them thanks!"
