"I’m pregnant and decided to go to the closest obgyn near me. Every appointment at this location I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Dr. Feng seemed like she cared until the end of my appointment she slammed the door and failed to tell me I could leave so I waited in the room 15 minutes thinking I’m going to get blood work done until the front desk came in and informed me that I was able to leave. She’s rude and unprofessional."

"Worst place ever the staff are lazy and doctors are inconsiderate they cancelled my wife's surgery because a doctor said they didn't want to stay if there was complications. What kind of doctor says that? The surgery was scheduled two months out. They had my wife take a bunch of laxatives to prep the day before and didn't call to tell us the news until 30 minutes before they were closing. My wife was suffering from diarrhea and not eating because they told her to not eat and drink a bottle full of milk of magnesium. They are more than inconsiderate they are incompetent."

"I really wanted to give Dr. Feng a chance even though the reviews were not so great but she was the only one with an immediate opening. I had my 1st visit and had informed her that my husband and I are considering trying to have our first baby and I've never been pregnant nor have I ever been pregnant and I have an IUD. I was really seeking guidance and got "Have you thought about IVF?". Those were the first words out of her mouth. I thought she would have said let's run some tests and see if you and your husband are healthy and do an egg/sperm count. I had my pap smear and the IUD strings were not visible so I was scheduled for a 2nd visit for ultrasound and 3rd visit for the removal of the IUD. I was provided a prescription (induce contractions) to use for my scheduled 3rd visit. 2nd visit came and the assistant confirmed with me that I was having an ultrasound along with removal of the IUD. I informed her no I was told that it was going to be removed on my 3rd visit and I can't do it today because I didn't use the prescription. I could have saved a $60 co-pay. Dr. Feng came into the room and did the ultrasound and didn't say much to me and walked out and immediately came back and took a pic and said "ok you can checkout" without giving me time to ask her where it is in the ultrasound. She didn't even review it with me. 3rd appointment came, I followed the instructions for the prescription and took an 800mg of ibuprofen (learned from my past experience that I definitely needed it). Informed Dr. Feng that I didn't feel any contractions at all. She proceeded and I felt like I was being jabbed inside, the pain made me cry and I have a high pain tolerance. She asked me if I needed a break and I said yes. After the short break she tried again but gave up really quickly and said "Do you want to have surgery?". I was in tears and said "I'm in pain right now I can't think". She said ok my assistant will help you. I laid there for a while in pain and shock of the treatment I received. There was definitely lack of empathy and tact. Needless to say I will not be coming back nor recommend her. I gave her 3 chances and not one visit has been pleasant. I can't imagine being pregnant and going to her. I made another appointment with a different doctor with way better reviews even though the next available is 4 months out."

"I've been going here since 2014. The staff was nice. Both Dr Langdon & Dr Feng are pretty cool. They listen and don't rush off. Someone said in a review that the waiting room is hot, which I do agree, it can be hot AF. Other than that, the office is great."

"I'm going to add to the long list of people saying to stay away from this is office. First and foremost, they gave me a bacteria infection that landed me in the ICU for a week. Aside from that the staff is lazy with follow through, pre auths, etc. The doctor is not up to speed on new medication or options for women. She doesn't give you time to discuss your family's plans or ask questions. She's dismissive when you try to find out more. They never call with test results as promised. Billing is a hassle every time even though my insurance is great. Just stay away."
