"Their policy is to only allow 2 visitors into the room for an ultrasound. This was not communicated until the confirmation call the day before, and even then not clearly at all. When I went to ask if we could get a copy of the full ultrasound, the assistant at the counter got nasty about it, and suggested that we should call our regular OB and see if they could do it there. I need to note that, while upset, we had not complained or argued with her."

"I wish I had been placed with this high risk pregnancy center in the beginning of my pregnancy. They were my second after having to fight my insurance for better care than what they were giving me. They went above and beyond and did my OB office's jobs for them since my OB office was not up to par with my prenatal care at all. All of the staff are wonderful. The receptionists are all so sweet and always happy to see you when you come in. Monique and Annie, the RNs who do all the monitoring, are funny and caring. They make sure you and baby are doing good and answer any and all questions, no matter how out there or dumb they may seem to you, to help prepare you for birth and what to expect. Dr. Gorski I can never thank enough. I was wanting to go full term and try natural birth, but she explained in great detail why for me and baby that was not the healthiest or safest option to bring her in the world. And she made it very clear to my OB care team who would be with me during birth why we needed to do what she recommended rather than the OB saying we can do whatever we like. That could have been a disaster. And Brandee, the diabetic NP, she is wonderful as well. Checked in with me on my numbers and doses every week and even after delivery. This whole office is wonderful and honestly the best place you can go for high risk care in the Las Vegas Valley. If I have another child, they will be my first call."

"My wife and I visited the high-risk pregnancy center for her appointment scheduled at 7:30. We arrived early at 7:15, but no one was there, and the center wasn't open. When it finally opened, the reception was unwelcoming. Considering these factors, we decided to leave without proceeding with the appointment. It's essential, especially in pregnancy-related services, to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for patients. If the High-Risk Center requires proof from my end, I'm willing to provide it to enhance the quality of service and your staff."
