"Excellent pain center, don’t know why there so many negative reviews, they are quick, I get in to the back within 15 mins. The front staff is nice and the doctor is fantastic and is very understanding of their patients. Also the surgery center is also fantastic and got in not even 5 minutes for my knee shot. Definitely recommend to anyone EDIT 12/15/23 this place is still amazing to me. yeah they may have overbookings but it a pain center and it winter so yeah i’ll know tons would go at this time of year so im patient about it. still amazing doctor that cares. yeah it sucks going to a pain doc every month for meds but im use to it since been to pain centers before"

"Since I’ve started coming to this office it’s been a complete unorganized mess. The front office staff have improved and the attitudes are much better since recent staffing changes, but waiting over two hours every appt. Is insanity. Very aware of staffing issues everywhere, I work in healthcare… but this is another level. Don’t overbook appts and cause burnout in the providers, maybe you would keep them longer."

"I just recently moved to this Pain center. I agree, the call center is terrible. Pretending they knows something, but they're clueless. However, the clinic staff and Dr. Jex are Awesome!"

"The first problem you will encounter, if you try to go to this doctor's office, is that you will be hung up on almost every time you call. It will either ring & ring and then they hang up, or it will ring and then hold music will play and then they will hang up, or you'll reach a call service lady who isn't even in the office and she'll leave a message which you'll never get a call back about, or if you miraculously reach someone in the office they will put you on hold and then hang up on you. They will also ignore your pharmacy if they try to request any refills for you. The second problem you'll encounter is that they are unable to keep their doctors (it probably sucks to work for them just as much as it sucks to be their patient) so you have to be seen again and pay another copay every time you need anything. They are basically telling me I have to come in every month just to refill some Naproxen & Cyclobenzaprine. They do not even perform a physical exam or anything at these appointments! They just try to push all their specialty procedures on me even when I told them I am not ready to go down those roads yet. I am a 31 year old otherwise healthy female, just trying to manage a little bit of lower back pain, yet they are trying to sell me injections & implants & surgeries! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!"
