"Blood rash Purpura low grade fever ,,I stopped by my Dr office and couldn't get in, so I stopped at urgent care and because I have MS they was afraid to care for me, so instead of blood work and checking me they sent me somewhere that didn't take my insurance. Needless to say wow what's happening to are medical people????"

"Had no issues. Was in and out in no time. The longest wait was filling out the paperwork. The nurse was very nice and the Dr was pretty cool as well. Over all it was a pleasant experience. I’d recommend to always call any urgent care before hand if you have any questions about anything as I did. It will save you and the clinics from headaches."

"I googled urgent cares and this was the highest in my area with only three stars and they're lucky to get the three stars. After their 2 1/2 hour lunch and by the way they don't answer their phones and I guess everybody decides to go on lunch at the same time so not exactly what I would call urgent care. well then I was finally seen and after filling out four pages of personal information I was told that my insurance which is VA and TRICARE was not accepted there unless I was over 65. I was told that there's a VA hospital or a base that I could go to. Well I hope this helps anybody that is VA or has TRICARE that's not over 65 to not to come to this facility because you will not receive help."

"The RN on staff is an idiot and they use at home Covid tests. I went in got difficult breathing and they told me I had Covid and to immediately go to the hospital. Hospital check in looks at the my paperwork, says the nurse over reacted and everything was currently fine. They ran a Covid test and it came up negative. So here I am in debt to the hospital because the idiotic nurse over reacted and can’t diagnose properly. Let me also say they were on lunch for 2 hours, I couldn’t even get in originally because no one was on staff. Avoid this place like the plaque. If I could sue those idiots to pay my hospital bills I would, but I’m definitely reporting the RN to the health board."

"Called in to make appointment as the website was not allowing me to make an appointment online. That was the first issue. Then the second issue happened when I called in to make sure they took my daughters insurance. The receptionist Cynthia said she was to busy to let me know if they take my insurance and to call my insurance that “it is easy to do so.” I did exactly that and my insurance company line was busy and had an auto message stating they couldn’t answer calls. Since this location is close to my house I Loaded up my sick baby into the car with her siblings and drove down to the location. I went inside with her medical card and I realized the building was empty except for two other people sitting in chairs together. I asked The receptionist name Cynthia at the desk if she could check if they took my insurance as my insurance company did not answer the phone and I wanted to have my daughter that was sick looked at today. Cynthia said to me “when I get a chance I’m busy I will look it up go sit down”! So I set my card down in front of her and she then proceeded to do whatever it was that she was doing on her computer. I sat down and waited 15 minutes and realized she had not even started to look up my insurance information to see if they accepted it so we could get the intake paperwork completed so they could see my daughter today at this location. Again there was only two other people that were together at this office in the waiting room and they had already been taken in the back to be treated so we were the only ones there needing treatment for my daughter. The lazy receptionist just would not look up if our insurance and get us processed for there location and allow me to proceed forward in getting care and treatment at this location for my baby. . During the time I was sitting there I made an appointment online for a different urgent care nearby when I realized that Cynthia was not interested at all in helping me get treatment at this location for today as we needed. Because of her incompetence and lazy rude behavior I had to leave to seek treatment elsewhere. I now see why this place has a very bad rating!!! if they would replace Cynthia with a better receptionist this place would probably be more busy as people could actually make appointments and get treatment! but sadly because they have Cynthia that is lazy and rude handling their clients Their waiting room is empty."
