"Update review. Since they moved to a different location the doctors changed also and Shelia Tack is the best doctor seriously she is a higher level then just a ob, she's a md. I would go here even if I didn't have insurance lol. If you ever was at the old location it was nicer inside, this one just a typical office. But we gained a awesome doctor and I would trade that over the extra nice lobby anyday! Staff like friends very friendly and talkative/caring. If Shelia Tack leaves here, I'll most likely go where she goes because when you find a good doctor.... That's HARD."
"This place is horrid I'm 7 months pregnant and i had 2 docs(Dr Gopel & Dr Folayon) leave the company without informing me then the 3rd doctor they left me with turns out isn't on my insurance and i had no written warning of any of the leavings or the any information about the 3rd doctor(Dr Guteriez) i have to say i haven't been able to enjoy my first pregnancy i just want to get it over and done with because the care system is disgusting and i hope wellhealth goes out of business they deserve it! none of the doctors read my notes the 3rd doctor ( Dr Guteriez) didn't know a thing about anything and she didn't like my questioning and then left me with a student nurse! I'm a paying client and WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND YOU TREAT US LIKE WERE DOLLS ON A PICKET LINE! i didn't realize that in this country to be a doctor you also have to have a business degree also, theres no care at all, i hope the greedy care system folds in on its self because it will maybe not in my life time but my unborn sons it will! They also owe us our fee back to, this place is sneaky and so is the manager, the reception area has all ripped and torn leather sofas and they play horror movies in the reception while kids are waiting with their parents."
"Sheila Tack is fantastic, she listens and actually takes what the patient has to say in consideration. She is very quick but thorough. Her medical assistant is pretty great too. The receptionist is not definitely different than the doctor so don't let her give you the wrong idea about the office."
"I have lived here about two years and still flew back home to Wisconsin to see my doctor because I'm just so familiar with her. I decided it was time to get my nexplanon removed and needed an opinion on some different birth control. So I made an appointment and was lucky enough to meet Dr. Sheila Tack! She is the best if you want someone comforting to talk to, she has a great personality! She also persuaded me into getting on the Nuva Ring and I couldn't be happier! Really great friendly people here (at least the ones I have met so request Dr. Tack, even her nurse is AMAZING) and just overall happy to know I can find comfort in this town."
"I made an appointment and even had all my paperwork ready when I walked in the door 15 minutes early for my 9:50 appointment. I have to say that the receptionist that was helping me had to be the worst receptionist. She was cold and unfriendly. After waiting 20 minutes I went to ask how much longer it would be and her response - when a room is open. Well after waiting 40 minutes, not including the time I got there early, I finally left. They offered no apologies nor could they say how long the wait would be. The receptionist should have let me know when I gave her my card and id that they were running behind schedule. At least that would have given me the opportunity to reschedule - which I would not have had a problem doing. But to keep me waiting and then to be rude about it is unacceptable. I would not refer anyone solely based on the front end staff."
