It was refreshing to have a doctor actually listen and talk to me and not just rush. I changed my pcp to her after the visit and my husband liked her too and he will be changing to her as well!! I no longer have to worry about that, Dr. Karla's office is conveniently located, getting an appointment was super easy, and the appearance of the office is clean and modern. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse who took my vitals was warm and friendly and so was the lab tech who took my blood. She was so gentle and found my vein with no trouble.
