"The quick care only has certain times they take patients and those hours change on a whim. They don't have people that answer directly at the clinic so the right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing. That is when you get the quick care to answer. The billing department doesn't return calls. I have left messages 3 times in the last 2 weeks and still haven't heard back. But they don't have a problem sending you a bill. The Doctor and NP's I have seen have been great."

"I waited 53 minutes for covid test result , I was not happy, I open the door and said I was going to leave and the young lady said that I could leave then I said I would! Which the doctor over heard and before I could leave the doctor came and apologize for taking so long. He apologize but not for his staff person behavior. She could have been more receptive to what I was saying and said the doctor will be with you soon and sorry for the long wait, but no she said leave then."

"I checked in on line and received a text when it was time to physically check in. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly. She greeted everyone warmly when they arrived and made it a point to wish them a nice evening upon departure. I arrived at 6:33 pm and I was walking out around 7:35pm with clinical summary and referral in hand. Medical Assistant, Stephanie L. was kind, compassionate and very thorough in her information gathering. I was actually not feeling well when I arrived and she made me very comfortable and listened attentively to my complaints. I retired from Hospital Administration and I am acutely aware of customer service. I was impressed with the outstanding customer service skills demonstrated by the staff."
