"Michelle, the NP, was great. I felt she was thorough in her examination and explained my treatment plan in simple terms before asking if I had any questions. The front desk staff, however, were having a good ol' time out front! I observed one lady answer a personal cell phone call, then the lady who was making my next appointment stopped what she was doing to carry on a conversation with the woman on the phone! I didn't realize that it was social hour! And the lady who had been on the phone actually chastised me for the way I filled out the new patient paperwork (they waste an entire piece of paper to tell you to stop and bring the ordering pages up to the front desk before continuing to fill out the rest; I didn't do that and just continued with the paperwork, because the last few pages were just signing, so I just did it quickly). She talked to me like I was a child, which I didn't appreciate. So, while I feel like the treatment I'll get from the medical professionals will be exemplary, I have taken away 1 star for the unprofessional attitude of the reception staff."
