"Great supportive team. They really helped my cousin out a lot. They care about your recovery first. You are always a priority to them."
"I don't know what to do. I need to see a therapist. After my last visit almost a month ago... which ended very bad...no one has contacted me to find out if I was dead or alive. I am unsure about what to do. Should I look for another therapist? I feel abandoned. Roger is not calling me until the 20th. This is a bad situation."
"I absolutely respect and agree with my Dr. I have always felt that he listened to me and prescribed accordingly. I have been treated fairly and I trust Sheryl and all the office staff... however, I had a very bad experience the last time I came in for an appointment. I just had a MAJOR meltdown. MAJOR. What I do not understand is why my Dr didn't call me the next day... or even in the next week. No one in the office has called to see if I was ok... or alive... or anything. I am shocked to say the least. Considering I had a plan."
"Belittling a patient, claiming they're and addict, and telling them they should just use Marijuana as therapy. Stay away!"
"New to their facility, the psychiatrist was ready to change my prescriptions. He focused on removing a prescription, instead of asking how was I doing? Were the meds helping? Or did I feel that changes needed to be made? The psychiatrist literally past over all of those questions on the first visit! He wanted to replace one med with positive thoughts and habits. During a period of absolute turmoil his approach was more harmful than helpful. I had just come out of a month of not wanting to live due to my health but he never even asked. Maybe he was having a bad day. We all have bad days but unfortunately this kind of care happens all too often. Instead of feeling better after going to seek help, I went home crying and went to bed. THAT was getting help and that is the type of service our insurance companies pay for or we pay out of pocket for. I paid to be mistreated and judged by someone who doesn't know me at all. Is that mental health or population control? This world is a mess."
