Dr. Henkle is so knowledgeable and professional; she cares about me as her patient - it is so obvious! This visit she noticed something I was not even aware of, and is helping me to take care of this. Lastly, I had Cassandra who helped me with choosing my new glasses, etc. She was also very helpful and patient with me!! Dr. Henkle and all the staff are very personable and I appreciate that aspect of our relationship!"

"just came in to pickup glasses. ended up waiting a half hour while the front desk finished the paperwork they had on there desk. after she was done took 3 minutes for her to get them and bring them out. watched people who came in after me get called back to be seen. I was just there to pickup my girlfriends glasses and had to wait like I had a whole appointment. but don't get me wrong. they did waste my time with a smile."
