"3 referrals by 2 different Dr.s. not 1 single call back. My wife went in the other day to get set up for therapy, she has met her deductible, insurance will pay no issues. It seems they don't need any extra patients to make money. Still no call back. It seems people have become a burden to a few of Pahrumps medical facilities and you are nothing but another number. Front office people need to be hired that will actually do what they are being paid to do. Oh well. We found a place that was more than happy to take us and they enjoy getting paid"
