"My husband never had the opportunity to see the doctor. Office staff doesn't seem very efficient. Called on Monday for an appointment, gave his insurance information over the phone and they said that they needed to verify before they could make an appointment. Called back the following Wednesday and they said that they were still waiting to hear back from the insurance company. I call BS on this, CIGNA PPO has a number that you can call and get immediate eligibility/benefit information. I would only assume that this is laziness on their part, not sure what else to think, never have had a doctor's office handle new patients/benefit assignment and otherwise in this manner.
