"A month ago I took my 6 month old into the emergency room at 10pm for breathing, cough and fevers. She was monitored and given Tylenol. Being told the range of vitals she’s suppose to have and by me reviewing them, they were one the low end still but they released us. Literally 4 hours later I had to rush her back for the same symptoms and the same staff was still on and they treated me like crap! They talked down to me and kept asking the same questions and said “well we sent her home with good vitals”. They hooked us back up and started running tests (which they should have done the first time) then the morning staff got on and that doctor was terrible! Talked down to me, questioned everything I said, made me cry! Then they couldn’t get a good vein on my baby and kept pricking her! They eventually were able to get blood but I later found out for the second set of tests they never ran!! Before we left him and the nurses all came in the room and he then told me that’s he was happy I came back in and trusted my gut. I then called him out on his behavior in front of everyone. Finally they transported us to renown after 11 hours!!"

"I had to visit the ER today. Not my first choice but I don’t have a doctor here yet. This is a great ER department with a kind and wonderful staff! Thank you to Chelsea, Stacey, Travis and Dr Abass (sp?) and everyone else! I’m glad to know now that Fallon has a really good and competent ER. Quick service and very kind people."

"This facility is garbage. Took my 19 month old in for a 104 fever that I couldn’t break, the staff came in and kept asking about a cough that I never reported my child having. Made clarification it was a problem with a fever, after several test were ran and then doubling up on Tylenol and Motrin they sent me home and told me I was under dosing my child. When they brought in the chart I clarified the recommended amount was what I had been giving her and it wasn’t working. The doc came back in and told me “I’m not going to argue with you I already told you what to do”. Mind you this doctor told me a 104 fever for my 19 month old was normal even if it lasted several days and told me to go home. A 104 fever isn’t acceptable for an adult why would it be okay for a toddler?"

"The staff were nice, but they don't listen. My ENT set me in there over the weekend And wanted them to check my staph infection. Because he thought it was getting worse and it was the weekend. So he wanted me to go to the emergency room. They did anything and everything. But and then send me on my way saying nothing's wrong. I told them multiple times what was going on about the staff infection and they never even looked. I didn't even get set home with antibiotics This is not the first time that they have overlooked the problems so that they could just send you on your way and it is really wrong of an emergency room to sit there. And overlook when there is something wrong with someone. Just so they don't have to deal with it"

"The doctor who saw me, as well as the nursing staff, tech staff, and intake staff, were all excellent. They had me in quickly, and I learned, in short order, that they knew what they were doing. They took wonderful care of me, and addressed my issues with professionalism, warmth, and humor."
