"Money not people are important to this so called non profit hospital. I just found out that I have 50% function loss of my kidneys they gave me ringers lactate in an IV and xray and sent me out the door. My relaese papers said It was only a minor matter. Thanks for caring about profit not people. I also was in a car accident a few months ago driving for a company. They misdiagnosed my injuries as a pulled muscle, the refused to give me an MRI and just recently I finally was able to get an MRI done at Renown and found out my injuries were much worse. I have been suffering all this time and it could have been taken care of sooner if they provide adequate care"

"I was waiting on my treatments for two weeks, with text updates reminding me of appointment. When I get there they didn’t know about my treatment, nor let me know it had not even come in yet. With ample amount of time to update me and taking off work this staffing has no consideration for their patients. A simple call would have sufficed. I have no faith that they even ordered my treatment for my medical issue. Apparently they will call this time when it arrives. Very unprofessional and no urgency."
