"Have been going here last 7 years. Was informed that our PA leaving and they were going to get somebody new. That was in July tried to get my prescriptions, October but CVS couldn’t do. I went over to clinic and was told sorry they don’t have anyone and that I have to call around to Fernley, silver springs or Carson and see if they have openings. When you call you get a call center after 2 dropped calls after they answered and 30 min later I have a virtual apt. So much for modern technology and medical treatment."
"I drive 30 miles to get here . Slowed down by road work. 9 minutes late. I was told that I "exceeded" their late policy. Heavy set lady at counter very loudly telling me this. Rude and abrasive. I will definently remember this when I wait 15 to 20 minutes in their room. I drive this far because I was tired of changing my doctor every year at the Fernley office."
