"I recently called to schedule a new intake appointment, Allie at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and patient. She got us set up quickly and with ease and made the experience pleasant overall. "My daughter’s therapist was nice but our last experience with the front desk was horrible. There were no appointments that fit our schedule so I reluctantly took whatever was available. I had to leave work early and pull my daughter out of school an hour early in order for us to get there on time only to be told when we got there that her insurance was showing up “invalid”which I knew wasn’t true. Instead of trying to re submit the number or doing any kind of troubleshooting, I was rudely turned away and told to call my insurance company to try to figure it out. After talking on the phone with my insurance company case manager, he verified that indeed my daughter’s insurance was valid and active and that it’s most likely a mistake on Zephyr Wellnesses end. By that time, my daughter had already missed her entire appointment. I called Bri the one who was working the front desk and told her that it’s valid and I have the coverage letter to prove it. She was extremely rude and said that I would need to re send proof because that’s just hearsay. I had no problem sending proof but the attitude and lack of understanding was appalling and uncalled for. I ended up talking with another lady who worked there and she was able to resubmit the policy number and verify it being active right away over the phone with no problem. I appreciated the other lady stepping in to try to smooth things over and help but then she offers us another appointment for four days from now and when I told her that I would have to check my calendar first, she got all pushy and said “well it’s first come first serve”. That’s when I said no thanks we’ll pass. I’ve had enough rudeness from them, we’ll take our business elsewhere. What a waste of a day and a huge disappointment!"

"Unprofessional and lack compassion, empathy, and flexibility. Front desk is checked out. My counselor was nice but the company is not run well. And taking any issues to the higher ups is not productive at all. They don’t communicate and then punish clients. I don’t recommend coming here."

"I let the front office staff know that I wasn’t getting any reminders of appointments on December 1st when I came in 2 hours early for an appointment by accident. They scheduled me for appointments several weeks in advance, often scheduling several at a time with no written reminders. I subsequently forgot to write down the last two appointments we had scheduled in a group of about 4 while I was was rushing out the door to pick up my daughter… so with no reminders I missed them. I did receive a reminder for my very first appointment, so they had the number and ability. They also have my email or could have called when they found out there was an issue with the texts. I admit most of this was my bad but when they did bother to finally call and remind me, it was only to tell me not to bother making more appointments. The therapy here was fine, but the front office staff was unprofessional, lazy and lacking compassion. Given the service they provide, that’s appalling. I’ve never had a single no call no show appointment anywhere; to receive such a strict consequence the first time when they knew they were not doing their due diligence and reminding me is inexcusable. I’m not the only review noting the lack of of compassion and flexibility. They could do better. They choose not to."

"I have had such a positive experience with this practice! I've been to a few different therapist offices and Zephyr Wellness is unmatched. They are so friendly and helpful. The front office is always happy to help and greets me with a smile every time I stop in. The environment feels very peaceful and promotes healing. I see Angel and she is amazing. Her knowledge with my cultural upbringing is so hard to find, and that is definitely something that impacts your journey towards healing."
