"There are times when they are so over booked that they won't have enough rooms available to provide all their clientele. This too me says they are more concerned about making money than about great customer service or treating all their clients the same. I think the way to resolve this issue would be to inform their clientele that they are overbooked at that time and may not have a private room for some of their treatment. Then if the client still chooses to make the appointment they have been informed. That being said the remaining part of my review is for Kevin Carr and all the technical assistants. They are amazing. Kevin gives his all to each and every client. I had arthritis, tendinitis, and bursitis of the rotator cuff. I learned about different exercises, message and stem therapy. Kevin Carr deserves a 5 star for his professionalism and kindness. The technical assistants Nic, Taylour, Ives, Alicia and others are caring, kind and professional. Kim at the front desk remembers everyone's name. She is kind and sweet."
