"Waited an hour for a 1 minute vaccination scheduled 6 months ago. During my wait, I had the pleasure of listening to a staff member complaining to the front desk about being asked to assist with a patient who'd also been waiting for an hour. There seems to be little to no communication of the schedule to the medical staff. The actual staff members themselves are all kind and professional, but for a billion dollar company there's no excuse for the level of disorganization. Not like you have many choices in Reno, but if you're going here bring a book."

"I called to schedule an appointment for possible adverse event concerns related to my second vaccine dose. They scheduled me immediately and I started making my way over to the office. While on the road, the office of Kaitlyn Morris (PA) called to inform me that although there is an appointment available, they have a policy of only seeing 3 new patients a day and they were over that and I should not have been scheduled and that scheduling made an error. So I’m on the road and they don’t do anything to help me schedule with someone else and to my surprise since I didn’t think the person could be more unhelpful, uncaring and borderline negligent in addressing my concern over my symptoms that could be early thrombocytopenia, she tells me that she can’t help with scheduling as she isn’t in that department. I was so shocked and just disappointed at the lack of diligence and care from healthcare workers. I can’t remember this admin’s name but I believe her name was Zaini (spelling?). She was so rude and unhelpful for a situation that was the mistake of the their own office.I have no interest to see Kaitlyn Morris (not a doctor) or even interact with such an negligent office staff. I’m genuinely disappointed in Renown as overall, the quality of care has been decent to date. As someone who is an investor in Reno businesses, if I ever come across any of these folks in my work, I’d find away to steer clear of them."
